About 60cm x 60cm of floor space (or a suitable wall for a through-the-wall unit), a nearby power point, and normal public access during trading hours.
Leasing usually wins once withdrawal volume is high enough that the extra surcharge share outweighs the fixed monthly rental. We model both options from your actual market traffic before you decide.
Yes. Once we have several months of real transaction data we can move you onto a rental or purchase arrangement if the numbers work better for you.
