Using this site

About our services

ATMcash is operated by Vending Machines Australia (ABN 63 099 686 608). We supply, place, lease, sell and service ATM machines and EFTPOS terminals for Australian businesses and venues. We also help businesses compare EFTPOS transaction costs and explore alternative payment solutions.

Everything on this website is general information only. It is not legal, financial or tax advice. You should make your own enquiries before deciding whether any ATM or EFTPOS arrangement is suitable for your business.

We always endeavour to provide the best ATM and EFTPOS options for your venue, but we cannot guarantee that every service, product or outcome described on this site will be available or achievable in every case.

No guarantee

Availability, eligibility & outcomes

Many factors affect whether we can supply, place or service an ATM or EFTPOS terminal at a particular location. These include site suitability, foot traffic, security, cash logistics, network availability, regulatory requirements, and the commercial terms we can negotiate with our partners.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding agreement. All placements, leases, purchases and EFTPOS comparisons are subject to approval, site assessment, stock availability and the signing of a written agreement where applicable.

Because market conditions, banking rules, interchange rates, supplier pricing and government policy change from time to time, the options, fees, profit shares or savings shown on this site may change without notice. We will confirm the current position in writing before you commit to any service.

B2B services

Business-to-business basis

ATMcash services are offered on a business-to-business basis to venue owners, operators and authorised representatives. We do not provide consumer credit, consumer financial products or personal banking services.

When we compare EFTPOS fees or present alternative acquiring options, we act as a facilitator and referrer. We are not a bank, payment processor or financial institution. Any agreement for payment processing services is between your business and the approved provider.

We may receive referral fees or commissions from partners in some arrangements. This does not affect the price you pay, and we will disclose any material referral relationship if you ask.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes, estimates and final terms

Any figures shown on this website — including surcharge estimates, profit-share examples, EFTPOS savings and machine prices — are indicative only. They are based on typical scenarios and assume average transaction volumes, standard service areas and current partner rates.

Your actual quote or agreement may differ once we understand your venue, location, trading hours, expected transaction numbers and any special requirements. A formal quote is valid only when issued in writing and accepted by both parties.

External factors

Changes outside our control

Our ability to deliver services can be affected by events outside our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to:

  • Changes to Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) rules, card scheme regulations or surcharging laws;
  • Bank, armoured-car or cash-provider scheduling and availability;
  • Telecommunications, power or network outages at your site;
  • Supplier stock shortages, shipping delays or manufacturer recalls;
  • Severe weather, public health directions, industrial action or other force majeure events.

Where a delay or inability to perform is caused by any of these factors, we will let you know as soon as practicable and work with you to find an alternative solution where possible.

Liability

Liability & disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ATMcash Australia and Vending Machines Australia are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from the use of this website or any service we provide, except where such loss cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree that any claim relating to our services must be made in writing within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Our total liability for any proven breach is limited to the amount actually paid by you to us for the specific service in dispute during the 12 months before the claim.
