The pattern behind that table matters more than any single date. Sydney's event year has three pressure points: the Easter and autumn show season, the spring run of street festivals and district shows through September and October, and the November–December block of school fairs, twilight markets and Christmas village events. Trailer availability is finite in those windows, which is why the 10 days minimum is a floor rather than a target. Outside them — particularly July and August — a trailer can usually be arranged at close to the minimum notice.

A weekly market and a multi-day show can draw similar totals and still need completely different machine counts, because what decides queue length is the arrival window, not the attendance figure.

What a deployment looks like at a Sydney event
Each trailer houses two ATMs, so two patrons withdraw at once and the peak queue clears instead of stalling. On a market ground that usually means one position near the entry, in line of sight but clear of the walking line. On a show or a ticketed festival it usually means two trailers: one at the main gate where patrons arrive without cash, one at the food precinct where they run out of it. We read your site plan before recommending positions, and confirm the delivery and pack-down windows in writing.
Connectivity is set up to run on its own connection rather than the event's Wi-Fi, and it is tested during setup while there is still time to reposition. That matters most at exactly the events on this page: when a few thousand extra phones hit a local cell, the wireless card terminals on stalls are competing for the same capacity, and cash is the payment method still working.

Cash discounts and cash access for Sydney stallholders
A growing number of market stalls now quote a cash price. Australian businesses may offer a discount for paying with cash: the requirement is that pricing is truthful and not misleading under the Australian Consumer Law, which the ACCC enforces alongside NSW Fair Trading. There is no separate NSW cash-discount statute, and no special unconditional right to a cash discount either — it is a pricing choice, made properly. The practical link to this calendar is simple. A cash price only gets used if patrons can reach cash on the ground, and at a market or festival there is no bank branch inside the gate.
